Robert Bornhoft, “Bob,” has been living and practicing law in San Diego since 1975. After graduating from University of California in Los Angeles in 1973, he worked as a juvenile probation officer in West Virginia for two years. In 1975 he came to San Diego where he attended Western State School of Law while working full time at the San Diego Zoo. Upon graduation from Western State School of Law, Bob was ranked in the top ten percent of his class.

Bob partnered with Eugene Berkenstadt in 1978 to create the law firm Bornhoft & Berkenstadt. Bob’s office is currently located in Del Mar, California, while Eugene Berkenstadt’s office is located in the Point Loma area.

When he is not in the office, Bob enjoys outdoor activities and time with his family. He loves his family and takes every opportunity to be with his wife, three grown daughters, son-in-laws and three grandchildren.
